We are a reputable domestic carpet and flooring company established in 2007. Over the last 17 years we have expanded to have 5 branches across the UK as well, a mobile showroom and our online store.
We are a family run business and have an ethos of ensuring the customer needs come first, treating customers how we would like to be treated.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to build and progress their career.
Part time hours or job sharing may be considered for this role.
**The Experienced Administrator job role involves**:
- HR / Recruitment
- Responsibility for stationery stocks
- Processing customer online orders
- Responding to Live Chat
- Stock checks for our products sold online
- Working closely with other departments within the company
- Supporting the directors with admin related duties
- Processing data and creating monthly reports for managers
- Assisting with payroll
- Invoicing
**The Administrator** **required skills**:
- Fully I.T Literate on all Microsoft packages
- 2 years’ experience of working as an administrator.
- Professional and excellent telephone manner
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good team player
- Good problem solving skills
**Desirable skills**:
- Experience of working as an administrator
- An understanding of how social media works
- Basic understanding of how HR processes
**Benefits**:
The successful applicant will be working within an excellent team based at our head office in Derby. Training on our company systems will be provided.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £11.44-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
