Right now, we are looking for an exceptional **Guest Services Supervisor **for Native Edinburgh.

Every day is different. You will be responsible for ensuring the whole team is consistently providing the best Native service that is both informative and friendly. The role involves assisting in and supervising the controlling of the resources, managing the process and cultivating the development of the front of house teams. You will ensure the smooth running of the area during shifts and ensuring it is profitable and maintains constant high standards of services and delivery. You will understand that the nature of the role involves working shifts that include evenings and weekends.

**If you want to be our next Native, you’ll probably have**:

- Have demonstrable experience working as a customer facing Supervisor within the hospitality sector.
- Be proficient using POS software.
- Have a sound food and beverage knowledge base.
- Be an enthusiastic, reliable & confident individual with a desire to learn and excel.
- Have exceptional people management skills, leading your team to success.
- Be a great communicator
- Be forward thinking and excited about promoting new ideas.

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
