**Staff / Lead Platform Engineer - London - £150,000**

One of our clients is building a technology platform that will be used to reduce Carbon from our atmosphere, they're looking for a Lead Platform Engineer to take ownership of the engineering team & architecture.

As the Lead Platform Engineer, you will cultivate an early engineering team culture that values scientific rigor, pragmatism, learning, and teamwork through mentoring your teammates or influencing our ways of working.

You will lead a team of software engineers and be responsible for building a best-in-class Continuous Integration & Delivery Platform that leverages cutting-edge tools to ship a secure & performant product to users at scale.

As they're a Start-Up, the Staff Software Engineer will be required to be on-site 2-4 days per week, and we have a very strong compensation package, including equality, to offset costs.

As this is a new company, you will be able to define the technology stack and you'll lead the design and implementation of the software platform by bringing modern practices and tooling.
