**Your Job**
The Occupational Health Team Leader leads the Occupational Health team on Site and determines local approach to health surveillance, sickness absence management, health and well-being programmes, ensuring compliance and adherence to Global and UK health services standards and good medical practice and advises leadership on approaches to support the health and well-being of employees on site.
You will have accountability for the full OH remit to the UK Health Services Manager and will effectively manage a devolved budget as agreed with the local HR Manager.

**About You**:
The Occupational Health Team Leader will need to lead and direct the Occupational Health team on site and ensure adherence and compliance to local, regional and Kimberly-Clark standards for health surveillance and sickness absence management. You will need to provide specialist input to the location Management Team, Employees and to contribute professionally as appropriate to the UK Health Services team. You will ensure the Occupational Health team undertake the appropriate range of fitness for work assessments, based on health risk assessment, during employment and at cessation of employment and to ensure the provision of objective practical advice to the employee and to the Company, whilst at all times maintaining Medical Confidentiality. These activities must be aligned to country specific legislation and Kimberly-Clark corporate standards.
You will lead on local health and well-being initiatives which have a work impact and to be actively involved in the development and implementation of health-related programmes and policies. You will plan and deliver health programmes and initiatives which have sound legal, clinical and business rationale. And align health management activities with Company objectives.
- Have experience of Leading a team to deliver Occupational Health services to a site or location.
- You should be on the first and third parts of the professional Nursing Register (UK - Public Health Specialist)) or country specific equivalent and hold a second level professional qualification in Occupational Health Nursing - appropriate to the Country.
- You will take the lead on advising leadership and developing site approach to inspire a culture of health and well-being and demonstrate its impact on performance and productivity.
- You will meet Kimberly-Clarks management expectations of effective communication, high standards of Occupational Health and Well-being practice and meaningful advice.
- You will maintain client confidentially and employee health records consistent with legislative, professional and internal Kimberly Clark standards.
