**Acting on behalf of my client a nationwide property maintenance & refurbishment company, Workforce On Demand require a forklift driver / labourer who holds a VALID COUNTER BALANCE FORK LIFT LICENCE to carry out a soft strip out of rooms to a hotel within Lisburn, Belfast (BT27) postcode.**

**Immediate start**

**Duration:

- June**

**Must be available to work 12 days on 2 days off**

**Must be available for some weekends**

**Duties -**
- **Assist with on site delivery of materials**

**Labouring Duties: (when not using forklift)**
- **Lifting and disposing of carpets and underlay**:

- **Removing of room vanity units, headboards, TV's and TV panels into allocated storage**:

- **Disposing off carpets, underlay cut offs and other materials to outside skips**:

- **General onsite labouring duties**:

- **Keep site clean and tidy at all times**

**Requirements**:

- **VALID COUNTERBALANCE FORK LIFT LICENCE**:

- **CSCS Card (preferred however not essential)**:

- **PPE**:

- **Must be physically fit**
