The Complex Needs Night Support Worker will work predominately in one geographic location, although some reasonable travel may be required. They will work with all team members and other employees of the BCHA group. Externally working with statutory and third sector agencies, including Local Authority Housing Teams; Housing Benefit teams; DWP and others as required
The Complex Needs Support Worker is expected to provide a professional out of hours’ customer service which ensures the security of the building and the safety of customers and visitors.
In this role you will prevent breaches of occupancy agreements by proactively managing incidents in a timely and appropriate manner to deescalate situations.
To work within the BCHA framework of ethical values including: personal integrity, the importance of every individual, outstanding service of people, the importance of working together whilst adhering organisational policies and procedures.
You can add real value as part of a small team of professionals who build positive, trusting and respectful relationships with our customers who are preparing to move forward towards independence.
