M&J Group is a renowned specialist Roofing & Construction Company with a rich history spanning 50 years. Our expertise is divided into three main divisions: Flat Roofing, Pitched Roofing, and Construction. We are seeking a dedicated Roofing Repairs Contracts Administrator to facilitate the coordination of tenant repairs and general maintenance tasks.

**Role Overview**:
**Office Hours**:
Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm (1-hour lunch break).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to our client and in turn residents and tenants.
- Arrange and schedule maintenance/repair works with our client and/or residents/tenants.
- Handle resident queries and offer general support for maintenance issues.
- Adjust appointments as needed, prioritising emergency repair requests.
- Close jobs for invoicing and log current jobs into the company database.
- Update job information as changes occur.
- Order necessary equipment for maintenance tasks.
- Perform general office duties, including photocopying, data input, filing, and archiving.

**Required Experience & Skills**:

- **Communication**: Strong telephone communication skills and excellent customer service abilities.
- **Experience**: Previous Repairs/Maintenance administrative experience is essential.
- **Location**: Must be able to commute to Bedford daily.
- **Skills**: Highly organised, proactive, and capable of multitasking. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

**Reporting Structure**:

- This role reports to the Senior Project Manager.
