We work in partnership with Exclusive Global Brands including PEZ, AmericanLiquorice and Tootise. The World of Sweets Group we serve over 55,000 customer per week across owned retail and ecommerce, national accounts including grocery and our own field sales network.

We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Product Marketing / Brand Manager to join us to cover maternity leave, this role will form a key part of our Marketing team based predominantly in Loughborough but some travel maybe necessary.

Key Duties but not limited to:

- Develop and own the product / brand strategies across the World of Sweets Group, driving a clear role for our different product ranges / brands
- Drive brand equity in our brands i.e. Step change design impact and/or execution of 'focus brands’ and how they fit together
- Expert in category and consumer led insights to drive product development, with accountability for numbers by product category, providing growth assumptions for plans
- Owner of the gate 1 and gate 5 process to ensure we launch the right products with the right due diligence and review success. Lead the seasonal product ranges
- Nurture strong commercial relationships and influence key stakeholders within the World of Sweets Group through high levels of responsiveness, project delivery and product knowledge
- Working with product development, ensure clear and effective communication of all product/project details needed to launch a product in commercial
- Experience in brand and / or product management within a commercially focused FMCG arena with strong commercial credentials preferably from within a highly commercial Marketing structure
- Ability to communicate, present and influence effectively to senior management, with practical organisation and drive to deliver projects to completion

We are looking for an individual who has experience of working within a similar role or industry previously who has ideally the relevant qualification or experience to be able to join the business and make an impact quickly. You should also be able to demonstrateyour people management skills with management of your own teams previously as well as managing challenging stakeholders across the business joined with your excellent communication skills.
