**REGULAR PART-TIME WORK AS A CREATIVE NANNY IN THE RICHMOND AREA OF LONDON, SAME TWO DAYS EVERY WEEK
**About CocoRio**
- CocoRio is a Creative Child Care agency employing
- **freelance creative professionals **with experience in working with children to provide a smarter
- **childcare service **combining creative education with childcare. Many of our creatives are also multilingual and can teach the different languages they speak through creative play, art and music. We cater to children aged 0-15 years old as well as children with SEND. We will be launching an app in the next few months and you will have full control of the booking process and will get paid and communicate directly with families**About the Role**
- Our creatives are responsible for all
- **childcare duties **as well as creative/language activities for the children they care for. The childcare side of the job can include mealtimes, keeping up the daily routines of the child, helping with homework, school runs and most importantly keeping children safe at all times. The activity side includes delivering
- **creative and/or language learning activities **previously planned according to the child’s age and abilities, including adapting to the child’s response and making sure to fulfil the family’s requests that have been previously agreed upon.**
Our creatives hold- Our hourly rate for Creatives is
- **£15 per hour **, London Living Wage, but depending on the nature of the job you can earn more - most jobs will be £15 per hour. If you want to opt-in for delivering creative childcare experiences at events such as birthdays and weddings, we pay
- **£60 per hour **.
- Our Creatives must be willing to register as
- **Self Employed **and will be responsible for paying their own taxes.- CocoRio doesn’t pay any travel expenses. We will try to match you with families local to you depending on where you live. And remember you will always be free to accept or reject any jobs we might offer you.
- We work with over 1000 families located in all areas of London and its surroundings but also Manchester, Bristol and Brighton and have clients and families all over the UK.**CocoRio’s Values**Trustworthy**:

**Essential**- Creative professional with experience working with children - Must have at least one year of experience- Must be a creative: actor, musician, artist, graphic designer, illustrator, theatre maker, film-maker, music producer, singer-songwriter, painter, sculptor, architect, arts&crafts extraordinaire, costume designer, jewellery maker, fashion designer, etc.
- Driving Licence a MUST
- Long Term commitment
- Able to work this schedule: Every Wednesday and Thursday from 1pm to 8pm (Thursday non-negotiable, Wednesday negotiable)
- Able to start in September

**And also**- Committing to children’s safety at all times-
- Knowledge of children’s development-
- Knowledge of health and safety and safeguarding-
- Proactive in session planning of age-appropriate activities-
- Reliable and responsibleA belief and understanding of CocoRio’s values**Desirable**- Holding child care degrees/qualifications- Musical: able to play piano and/or drums
- Able to cook and bake
- Homework support- Speaking additional languages-
- Holding a First Aid training, Enhanced DBS check, Safeguarding Certificates-
- Previous work in nurseries/teaching roles or in children’s entertainment roles- Experience with events and creative childcare sessions
