**The Role**

As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in assisting with the execution of our marketing strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, content creation, and market research.

**We’re looking for someone who has**:

- A recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

**Typical Job duties would include**:

- Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Supporting the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media content.
- Conducting market research to identify trends and insights that can inform marketing strategies.
- Helping to manage and update the company’s social media platforms.
- Collaboration with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute promotional activities.
- Analysing campaign performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Assisting in organizing and coordinating marketing events and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
- Strong research, writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changeable working environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Desire to travel and see the world.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own projects in a professional manner.
- A passion for innovation and the financial technology sector.
