If so, we need you to help us support homeless adults in our 24 hour cover hostel services. This is an exciting opportunity to work at our hostels based around Nottingham city centre with our supportive teams. You will work with a wide variety of client groups including people with Mental Health and Physical Health issues, people fleeing violence, Learning Disabilities and Care Leavers.

**Roles available are**:
**The Albion: 1x Permanent, Full time Support Worker 37hrs**
The Albion is based in Sneinton and is a 24 unit, self-contained Emergency Accommodation in the city
- single people and couples 16 yrs +. They are staffed 24 hours and have a large mixed team of Support Planners, Support Workers and night Workers.

**Women’s Complex Needs: 1x Permanent, Full time Support Worker 37hrs**
Aiden House is based in Basford and is a Female only 18 yrs + service. It has a communal setting with 9 rooms and 6 dispersed flats next door that are part of the service.

**Mechanics House: 1x full time Support Worker - 3 month temp contract**
Mechanics House is a service with16 self -contained units/ flats for single homeless people 18 yrs+ with substance misuse & Complex Needs in Nottingham City.

No experience needed; we provide full training. Above all, we want your attitude, personal qualities, transferrable skills and willingness to be a part of our hard working and determined team. Full time shifts available: 8am - 4pm and 2pm - 10pm on a rota basis.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Provide face to face & one to one, informal support, dealing with a wide range of individual needs.
- Respect the rights and responsibilities of Service Users.
- Advise Service Users to make informed decisions and choices.
- To build skills and confidence of Service Users.
- To work alongside support planners to ensure tasks and objectives identified in support plans are achieved within agreed time scales.
- To prepare/assist Service Users in dealing with any problems arising from their accommodation including repairs, disputes debts, rent arrears etc.
- To understand and actively promote the Organisations values (Respond/Respect/Empower).
