**Who we are looking for**

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic individual to join our Administration Team; reporting to the Office Manager this individual will play an integral role in ensuring new and returning learners receive an excellent service throughout the full onboarding process. With a keen eye for detail you will achieve each stage of the process with precision, supporting and guiding learners during each step. You will work closely with the relevant teams to provide clear and concise communications. You are to effectively interact with both internal and external stakeholders to collaboratively work towards and achieving personal, team and company goals and objectives.

**Job Title ** Learner Onboarding Coordinator

**Location** Hybrid - Head Office (Euxton, Chorley), Working from Home, Customer Sites

**Working Hours **35hrs/Week

**Working Pattern** Mon to Thurs 8.30am-5pm, Fri 9.00am-3pm

**Contract Type ** Permanent Full Time

**Salary Range ** £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per annum

**Principle Responsibilities**:

- Support the Business Development team in coordinating all aspects of the learner recruitment process
- Facilitate learner orientation through means such as telephone calls, face to face support calls via various platforms and participating in support sessions
- Effectively coordinate and communicate with all relevant departments to provide a smooth and consistent onboarding process for all learners
- Develop in-depth knowledge of SRSCC processes, resources, and services in order to best serve learners
- Support with investigating and resolving any issues learners may have during the onboarding process
- Obtain feedback surveys from learners and contribute to developing the learner onboarding process and procedures

**Essential Requirements - Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge**:
**Education**
- GSCE or Level 2 in Maths and English

**Experience**
- Using own initiative and working as part of a team
- Working in an administrative and/or customer service role
- MS Windows 365 inc Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Working to tight deadlines and under pressure

**Skills**
- Demonstrates problem solving abilities
- Ability to be organised and to manage own time effectively
- The ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships and act as a team player
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally and be able to clearly explain issues to customers and colleagues
- Willingness to undertake further development and responsibilities
- An ability to maintain accurate up to date electronic and manual records
- Excellent telephone manner
- Demonstrates a helpful, polite and confident manner

**Knowledge**
- A competent understanding of how to implement processes and procedures

You must also be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check if not already held.
