We have registered a fantastic role with an exceptional pioneering local employer Our client’s next Temporary Office Administrator will be joining this close-knit team to improve the office environment, assist in event management and provide general administration support.

This is a full-time, fully office-based role based in Oxfordshire.

**Temporary**Office Administrator Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the HR and Facilities Teams to provide colleagues with a functioning office environment
- Make sure all uniform and office equipment is stocked and ordered to business requirements
- Meet and greet our customers, including arranging refreshments, catering for lunches, and booking rooms
- Be the focal point alongside the HR team in organising internal and external events
- Communicate events to the wider business making sure every employee is informed
- Correspond with the relevant venues to secure dates and negotiate prices/terms for events
- Create and manage event itinerary, including food & beverage requirements
- Process expenses
- Organise hotels and travel arrangements
- Support various ad-hoc projects across the business
- Any other administrative or general duties required as the role evolves
