Inspiring Future Teachers (IFT) is seeking an experienced administrator to work as part of our central team. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operational activities and delivery of the training programme, working with the IFT Leadership Team and Hubs. You will work with the Leadership team to ensure high-quality programme delivery and compliance, in line with the DfE ITT Criteria. Your knowledge and support will provide valuable insights and guidance to a team of Hub Administrators, and your expertise will help to shape and streamline the administration of the programme.

**About the role**:
- Provide administrative support to the IFT Leadership Team
- Lead on day-to-day aspects relating to student finance
- Maintain accurate records in relation to engagement and delivery of the programme
- Support with data analysis, feedback and reporting
- Promoting IFT through supporting the creation, and quality assurance, of all materials and documentation in relation to the promotion and delivery of the IFT programme
- Flexible working with travel required
