**About the Role**:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that students continue to learn effectively when their regular teacher is absent. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising classes and ensuring a positive learning environment
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons and assisting students with their work
- Managing classroom behavior and maintaining discipline
- Supporting students with special educational needs
- Communicating effectively with teaching staff and providing feedback on student progress
