- **Must be willing to work a variety of shifts to service a 24/7 operation (DAYS/AM/PM/NIGHTS)

**Salary**:£617.88 per week post full training (shift premiums also applicable dependent on shift pattern worked)

Previous experience of working in a polish/manufacturing environment or working to tight work specifications would be advantageous but is not essential.

**Holiday Allowance**:Starting 25 + 8 bank holidays - accruing an additional 5 days over 6 years’ service

**About The Role**:

- The use of hand tools and machinery will be required, air tools and belt driven tools / equipment.
- Lifting castings up to 18kg max weight.
- Fast paced, challenging and working in a hot environment
- Working in a team / solo.
- Read SWP’S / SPI’S to understand the requirements / measurements /tolerances
- Training will be given, this could take up to 3 months with the variety of tasks to learn

**Please note this job is on shifts - mornings, afternoons and nights. Shifts are worked on a rotational pattern. All these positions require flexibility and commitment to support shift working which covers a 24/7 manufacturing facility (Monday to Friday)**
