This role is essential in managing human resources operations, ensuring efficient hiring, employee engagement, and compliance with HR policies. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and performance management.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including payroll, benefits, and leave management.
- Support leadership in workforce planning and organizational development.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives and well-being programs.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the tech or cybersecurity industry.
- Strong understanding of UK employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
