**Permanent Opportunity**

We are looking to recruit a Finance Administrator as part of the Bursary team. The Bursary is responsible for all areas of financial processing, monitoring and control. This post concentrates on the purchase ledger, billing ledger, balance sheet and payroll for both Denstone College and Denstone College Enterprises Limited and also the School Shop, but with the wider remit of contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Bursary function.
**- Be well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and to meet tight deadlines.
- Be a good communicator, both in writing and orally.
- Have an AAT Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
- Have experience in a wide range of financial tasks.
- Have experience of undertaking a range of clerical and administrative duties
- Have working knowledge and experience of finance software packages
- Have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Have good knowledge of accounting procedures
- Have an ability to identify work priorities and manage own workload to meet deadlines whilst ensuring that lower priority work is kept up to date
- Have an ability to show sensitivity and objectivity with confidential issues’
