**Data Warehouse and BI Developer | Reading | 60K**

I am currently partnered with a specialist travel company, who are dedicated to providing customers with unforgettable travel experiences at affordable prices. Established in 2004, they now have offices around the world, and are continuing to grow

They are now looking for an experienced Data Warehouse and BI Developer as the first hire within their BI team, working on a range of exciting projects with the opportunity to develop and shape their BI systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with aspirations to grow and develop a team, as well as putting their own stamp on a long-term project.

**Responsibilities**:
This role is varied, and will involve someone with an adaptable, entrepreneurial mindset, here are some of the main responsibilities:

- Design and build data warehouse ETL and reporting solutions and address complex data challenges
- Reporting - designing and implementing
- Devise and create a plan of action for best practice of how the use and handle data, providing actionable insights to wide business stakeholders
- Strong level of Data Visualisation experience
- Working on a long-term project to improve business performance through the use of data
- Working independently as well as working with and reporting to the IT Director

**Skills & Experience**:

- Data Warehousing - 2+ years
- Data Visualisation - Power BI / Tableau
- Experience of introducing data to a company
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong SQL experience
