**Looking for a temporary Injection Moulder all-rounder to support a small company setting up an Injection Moulding Subsidiary.** This role will be on flexible or contract terms. It would suit someone that is looking to reduce their working hours. Must be an expert in the following:

- Sourcing and onboarding tool makers in the UK and abroad
- Sourcing plastic suppliers
- Commissioning an IM machine
- Writing all H and S documents and process documents and delivering finished versions in line with machine and warehouse environment.
- Ensuring that the processes and procedures for the efficient running of the department are created and followed
- Taking tools back from a contract mould maker
- Getting tools prepared for use on the new machine and any adaptions made
- Setting up the tooling programs and times for each of the 6 tools
- Tool trials and initial part production.
- High standard organisational skills
- Logical and methodical thinking
- Computer literate, with thorough working knowledge of MS Office, including experience in using database systems
- Proactive approach

- The ability to deal professionally with colleagues, both field and office based, as well as clients
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
