We're looking for Site Assistant to join us as an integral part of the team; ensuring that there is close collaboration between the Production and Operational teams for smooth delivery of internal and external jobs.

This role requires a good level of flexibility, great communication, willing to be flexible and support the wider business as required. Due to the nature of the role, you would be required to hold a clean UK driving license.

The Site Assistant will be working 5 in 7 days, totally 40 hours each week with a half-hour unpaid lunch break. Where required there may be some travel and nights out required during our peak times.

**Job Purpose & Scope**
- Moving exhibition vehicles and trailers.
- Building and closing of exhibition vehicles and trailers.
- Prepping, including cleaning and loading exhibition vehicles, trailers and support vehicles, including vans and lorries (HGV license not required).
- Post-event works including unloading of assets, cleaning and stripping graphics.
- Defect reporting through the correct process.
- Overseeing the exhibition display areas, making sure the area is presentable and vehicles are parked correctly at all times.
- Checking load lists when loading and unloading assets.
- Follow cost capture processes for all workshop / warehouse parts, consumables and labour undertaken.
- Upkeep Versatile fleet vehicles by way of valeting, washing, fuelling and completing checks at set intervals.
- Maintain a high level of H&S standards to keep the companys standard of ISO 45001, this may include some daily, weekly or monthly H&S checks.
