An exciting opportunity has become available for a Band 4 Trainee Trainer Assessor. This role is a development opportunity which would be supported by the Training team in working toward a band 5 role within the first 18 months of employment.

Led by the Deputy Director of Education and Training, you will work closely with the Training Leads and wider Workforce Directorate in providing a positive and rewarding learning journey for all staff, volunteers, carers and service users.

The post holder will be expected to travel across the Trust remit in Hampshire and Sussex to deliver and assess training once qualified. Currently the team is working to a hybrid model of home working and site attendance to support our growing training provision.
