Red Rock Partnership are happy to be hiring for our esteemed client based in Sherburn in Elmet LS25

Own transport is essential due to location or must live close by to be able to get their via public transport.

We are seeking Production Operatives to work the below shifts,

Rotating Shifts below: YOU MUST BE ABLE TO ROTATE ON 3 SHIFTS BELOW.
- Weekly rotation basis, 6.00am - 2.00pm, 2.00pm to 10.00pm and 10.00pm - 6.00am and you must be available to work all shift patterns.

Pay Rates - £10.85 per hour

Overtime Rates - £16.28 over 40 hours & £21.70 over 48 hours

Weekend Overtime is often available on a voluntary basis, after 40 hours at 1.5 rate (£16.28 p/hr) and double time (£21.70 p/hr) after 48 hours worked.

This position is temporary to permanent 12 weeks.

The role involves:
To start with, you will be responsible for carrying out duties such as scooping & packing boxes, inspecting product, moving stock and cleaning. You will then start training and the more ability and commitment you demonstrate, the more skills you will develop. We will get you involved weighing raw ingredients, mixing recipes, baking products and ultimately, being hands in creating our outstanding products.
- Working on the end of the production line scooping & packing products in to boxes
- Quality checking the products
- Hygiene is a large part of the role, so you must be willing to help & be trained in this
- The role may include some heavy lifting from time to time
- As this is food production site, you will need to adhere to strict hygiene policies.
- Previous experience within the food industry would be an advantage
- Full Training will be provided

**Requirements**:

- Good numeracy and English Language skills both verbal and written
- Can demonstrate working in a safe manner and do good H&S practices Accurate and pays attention to detail Ability to work well under pressure.
- Knowledge of and or experience of working in a FMCG/Warehouse would be advantageous, though full training is provided

**Salary**: £10.85-£16.28 per hour
