Press Brake Operator

**Duties**:

- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape sheet metal according to blueprints and specifications.
- Select appropriate tooling and adjust machine settings to achieve desired results.
- Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years experience operating press brake machines or similar role
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of machine operation principles.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience with fabricating, welding, sheet metal work, or assembly is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in setting up and operating press brake machines.
- Knowledge of different types of tooling used in press brake operations.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate bending and forming of sheet metal.
- Good problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues with machine operation or part quality.
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines.

39.5Hrs weekly

Monday - Thursday 8.00am-4.30pm

Friday 8.00am-4.00pm

Salary to be discussed at interview, depending on experience
