**Location**

We are currently recruiting for Carers within a **residential home** in the **Cirencester, GL7** postcode area.

**About The Role**

Our Carers make a real difference to our residents every day; you’ll play a vital role in ensuring they are leading happy and fulfilled lives. You understand that some days might be challenging, but you’ll also laugh, have fun and make lasting memories with our residents.

Shift patterns are as follows: 8am - 2pm, 2pm - 2am or 8am - 8pm. If these shifts / hours do not suit you, we can also offer hours on a casual basis that give you flexibility and work life balance. Simply let us know what you are looking for when you apply.

**About the Training**

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship programme, you will achieve the Level 2 Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship standard and an accredited TQUK Diploma in Care qualification.

If you’ve worked in care before, then that’s great as you’ll have a good idea of what to expect. But if care as a profession is new to you, then don’t worry - we’ll provide all the training you need to start your care journey with us, all delivered in a nurturing, engaging, and rewarding environment.

What’s more important to us is that you’re good at communicating with people, you enjoy working as part of a team, you’ll be keen to learn and will want to excel at your job every day.
