**Job Title**:Chief Security Officer (CSO) - Deputy Regional Chief Information Security Office (CISO) - United Kingdom and Ireland (UKI)

The Deputy Regional CISO supports the Regional CISO UKI in the operational tasks and acts as a ready delegate for the Regional CISO for information security matters in the region. This includes preparation of materials that support the Bank in managing its information security risk posture, contributing to the incident management process where required, owning, and delivering regional projects and driving the enhancement of information security culture across the UKI.

He/she/they frequently engage with internal governance fora, legal entity and business leadership, regulators, and external stakeholders in support of CISO’s strategic objectives in the region. The Deputy Regional CISO oversees a team of one person plus external resources as needed.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Supports the Regional CISO with adherence to regulatory requirements, ensuring regional adherence to Deutsche Bank Information Security requirements across Deutsche Bank legal entities and supporting the business on security matters
- Representing CISO on a regional level and leadership of information security initiatives and programs
- Regional representative to regulators, governments, associations, and industry groups
- Preparing and presenting management information for regional risk and management forums, interfacing with senior stakeholders
- Coordinating and managing regulatory and cyber resilience tests and exercises where required, including CBEST, Simulations (CompSim) and sector wide exercises (Quantum Dawn)

**Your skills and experience**
- Broad Information Security expertise across the primary control domains as defined by ISO27001, NIST or other relevant frameworks
- A relevant information security certification, or the willingness to obtain one within 18 months
- Excellent communication skill, both written and verbal, including the ability to translate complex security topics for non-technical audiences
- Excellent team player and the ability to work in virtual global teams and matrix organisations
- Ability to work in a quickly developing environment and to keep up with technical/organisational innovations
