An opportunity has arisen for a part-time **Office Receptionist and Accounts Administrator** at family-owned, award winning residential Park Home Site and touring Park, Cosawes Park.

Working within a small tight-knit team and working front of house, you will most often be the first person our customers encounter. Working in our reception office alongside and reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee much of the accounting input and reconciliation. Any given day will see camping reservation enquiries and arrivals which will require processing using our online software systems.
All guests, visitors, and external contractors should be provided with an explanation of the site and facilities. Wherever possible camping guests should be physically taken to their reserved pitches.
Our retired or semi-retired permanent residents may present account queries or requests to the outdoor maintenance team. A ‘T-card’ system is in place to record such requests. You will produce and deliver quarterly invoices to our residents for their utilities and pitch fees; processing their payments, as well as those of our camping guests.
During our General Manager’s periods of annual leave, you will cover some or all the open reception hours; recording and subsequently reporting any significant issues upon the manager's return.
**Responsibilities**:
- Keeping track of office inventory and replenishing supplies when necessary.
- Working closely with other employees in the office, outside maintenance staff, management, and company directors.
- Greeting camping guests as they arrive and depart, checking their arrival against reservations and directing them to their destination pitch.
- Ensuring maintenance of all protocols in relation to Health and Safety (H&S) and General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
- Production and delivery of quotes, invoices, and other correspondence with Cosawes residents and guests.
- Processing of purchase invoices.
- Quarterly reading of residential electric meters
- Reconciliation of some income and expenditure streams.
- Cleaning, organising, and maintaining the reception area.
- Representing the business with a positive attitude.
- Extra reception cover during the General Manager’s periods of annual leave (five/six weeks annually)
Skills required **must** include;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Operating office equipment such as scanners, printers, and computers to perform general clerical tasks in the office.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software and Quickbooks accounting software.
- Good team player and ability to work under pressure.
- Discretion and sensitivity towards our resident population and privileged confidential information.

**Our Business**
Established around 1960, Cosawes Park is an award-winning family-owned residential park home site for the over 55s, and an adult-only camping site. Our residential business has 116 privately owned permanent homes and several cottages on long-term lets. Our residents pay a pitch rental fee to Cosawes as well as their quarterly utility bills. Our camping business has approximately 50 to 60 camping pitches catered for by award-winning facilities which regularly achieve 10/10 exit reviews.
