**Role Summary**
**Core Duties/Responsibilities**
- Provide an excellent service to customers as per agreed SLAs and KPIs
- Knowledge of payroll desirable but not essential
- Ability to work across multiple systems
- Reconciliation of payments and other outputs
- Possess a process driven mindset, updating processes, checklists and other documentation where necessary and adhering to the annual audit updates on the same
- Ability to identify potential problems and risks associated with bulk transactions, reports and systems
- Assisting with the compliance and maintenance of ISO standard by adhering to the Quality Management System
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements within the immediate area or work responsibility in order to improve workflows and customer service
- Carry out project work and ad-hoc activities as determined by line management
**Skills, Knowledge & Experience**
- Knowledge or previous experience of a payroll or financial Services environment desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of UK RTI Tax reporting is desirable but not essential together with knowledge of Irish and IOM Tax reporting.
- Thorough and meticulous with extreme attention to detail
- Self-disciplined to follow documented instructions
- Advanced and accurate data entry skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to identify and escalate issues
- Excellent communication skills responding to queries from both internal and external stakeholders
- Good interpersonal skills within a team
- Highly organised and self-motivated with regards to managing your own workload, with the ability to prioritise and hit extremely tight deadlines
- Be aware of team workloads and readily available to assist colleagues
