**Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Digital Marketing**

**Salary: £20k basic + uncapped commission (OTE: £30-40k 1st year, £50-60k 2nd year, £80k+ 3rd year)**

My Client is a leading recruitment Agency dealing in the digital, creative, media, marketing and technology sectors. Since their inception in 2011 they have grown substantially and now have 7 offices across the globe. With the sectors they work in constantlygrowing they are looking to expand further. They pride themselves on having strong industry knowledge, they don’t just push sales, they advise and consult their clients. They are currently looking for 2 graduates to join their very successful business.

**The role of a trainee recruitment consultant**:
You will begin as a resourcer before moving on to the full 360 role.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing my client’s market awareness through proactive sourcing methods.
- Promoting their brand through word of mouth, referrals and media.

**Who can be a trainee recruitment consultant**:
You must be able to show a demonstrable interest in digital marketing - a degree or previous role related to this sector, or an active role in social media campaigning or blogging for a University Society, Sports Club or within a commercial environment.

You will be a persuasive and engaging communicator, with the necessary resilience to overcome setbacks and achieve consistent results.
You will have a track record of achievement throughout your life and have the personality suited to a highly energetic, success driven and inspirational working environment.
