We are currently recruiting for Support Workers to join one of our supported living services.

**Salary**: £10.40 - £12.00

Hours: Full Time (40 hours) and Part Time hours available 30 or 21 hours. 24/7 service -shifts are allocated Monday to Sunday

Location: West Derby

**What we are looking for from our team members**:

- A passion to provide support and assistance with daily living to people with autism, mental health diagnoses and learning disabilities.
- NVQ level 2/3 in Health and Social Care (Desirable);
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively;
- Ability to carry out personal care;
- Ability to report on the person we supports physical and mental health condition, in a clear concise manner, both written and verbally;
- Good hygiene and infection control skills.
