This is a hybrid working role, with a mixture of home and office working and you’ll share in our success with plenty of opportunities for career development.

The role:
It is an exciting time here at City Plumbing. We have recently become a stand-alone business and are making real strides in creating an inclusive workplace that celebrates and values diversity.

One of the areas that we are looking to recruit for is a Customer Service Assistant.

Serving customers over the telephone you’ll ensure orders, cancellations and amendments for all accounts are processed accurately to ensure that the highest levels of customer service are consistently delivered and at every opportunity.

Areas of focus:

- Responsible for keying and amending customer’s orders.
- Taking ownership of customer’s queries to resolution.
- Liaising with Branch staff in a timely and professional manner.
- Working as one team helping and supporting those around you..

You:
You’ll live and breathe our Customer First ethos, with an innovative and proactive approach to problem-solving. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively with the wider Customer Service team and you’ll thrive on delivering excellent support across the business.

Required skills and competencies:

- Customer focused with excellent service skills, whether that service be written and verbal.
- Ability to work to deadlines handling multiple inquiries at once.
- Passionate and driven to help our business grow.
- Credible and professional.
- Self motivated, enthusiastic and organised.
- Able to instil trust and confidence.
- A team player with a friendly personality.
