**What you’ll be doing**:
- **Support Daily Living**: Help with daily activities including personal care, ensuring the comfort, wellbeing and safety of our residents.
- **Person-Centred Care**:Tailor your care planning to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- **Promote Independence**: Encourage residents to make personal care choices and support their self-care and independence.
- **Build Relationships**: Establish supportive connections with residents, their families, and colleagues.
