**Job summary**:
Have you considered working for Defence? If you enjoy working in a fast paced, exciting environment where there are a variety of tasks, that not only provide a professional service to the organisation, but also focus on your personal development, then this is the role for you
RNRC Hasler supports the most complex cases of Personnel on Recovery Duties (PRD - Formally Wounded, Injured and Sick (WIS) Service Personnel (SP)). Its primary aim is to support the PRD and expedite a return to Service: however due to the nature of conditions this is unlikely. A needs-based tailored transition therefore becomes the goal. RNRC Hasler’s purpose is to**: Recover, Rehabilitate **and **Reintegrate**. These tenets should underpin all work strands associated with PRD, transitional or otherwise. If any output does not purport to one these, then it is misconceived. To achieve its aim, RNRC Hasler adopts a multi-disciplinary approach to recovery that coordinates clinical, physical, educational, employment, social and executive elements to affect the most comprehensive recovery pathway possible. Based upon Defence’s HARDFACTS model, every PRD develops an Individual Recovery Pathway (IRP) that puts them in the centre and ultimately in charge of their own future. RNRC Hasler is just the enabler.
Navy Command provides an open, flexible, and supportive work environment and Civil Servants and Armed forces personnel work together in a wealth of interesting and challenging jobs in different disciplines, from finance, legal service; personnel and HR, project planning and managing contracts, to media and communications.
