Working as a **Quality Assurance Coordinator **You will provide quality assurance to the operational teams by assessing customer contact activities in line with the Quality Assurance audit procedures. Identification of root causes to support the provision of recommendations in relation to changes to processes or procedures to drive improvements across the business.

**Job Role & Function Requirements**
- Record and manage all quality assurance audits in line with the business QA framework.
- Identification of root causes for both individual cases and common themes, presenting opportunities to implement process improvements
- remain up-to-date with any regulatory requirements and maintain own knowledge and skills through continued professional development and training.
- Plan and prioritise your daily, weekly, monthly workload in order to meet the needs of the customer and the business and to ensure targets are met.
- File review activity both live and upon discharge, following identified procedure to determine customer journey and performance against customer SLA’s to drive internal quality standards
- Provide audit feedback to the co-ordinator team to maintain and improve internal standards of care across the business.

**Qualifications/Experience/Competencies**
- Management of own workload using time effectively to prioritise and plan key tasks to effectively manage quality assurance in line with business needs
- Self-driven, meticulous, with high levels of attention to detail appropriate to due diligence activities and resolution of complaints.

**Salary**: Up to £23,625.00 per year
