- **You will be expected to**_
- Possess the ability to manage, organise and motivate staff.
- Have a high sense of hospitality and strive for excellent customer service.
- Ensure staff compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Organise stock and equipment.
- Ensure record keeping and information management.
- Train new staff in addition to providing continuous training and support to existing staff.
- Handle customer queries and complaints with a high degree of professionalism.
- Report to and attend regular meetings with the higher management on a regular basis.
- Perform all opening procedures and record tasks done in the operations manual.
- Frequently meet, greet and assist customers.
- Perform regular checks on staff performance.
- Receive and record all stock deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with Food Hygiene Regulations and Standards.
- Perform daily stock counts and re-order items by following the company system.
- Have Excellent communication skills.
- Have the ability to follow standard operating procedures and checklists.
- Lead by example.
- Have the passion to make people happy with what you do or make.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 45 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oxford, OX4 1JE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day shift (preferred)
- Night shift (preferred)
