The focus is to support the identification, education and success of the wider HCM portfolio. The HCM Product specialist has autonomy to design the message, activities and execution of the go-to-market strategy for the HCM offering. This is a senior level position; reporting directly into the lead for Global Solutions, with a dotted line to the UK Division Vice President. In addition to aligning and working closely with the Field Sales organization, the HCM Product Specialist will also be partnering and collaborating across the Business via Product, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Partner Management and Local & Global ExCom. Global experience isn't a necessity but could be advantageous as this roles remit grows - A degree education a relevant area (such as Business, Marketing etc) is advantageous, but is not a necessity **Responsibilities** - Execute on the product sales strategy for the relevant Field Sales teams to deliver against their iHCM HR and TalentSales Plans - Develop and support sales in geographic areas of responsibility to meet the assigned in country HCM (Core HR and Talent) sales quotas. - Evangelise, expound upon and educate our largely Payroll centric Sales teams to fully embrace and understand the wider HCM and Talent Landscape - Act as the product liaison to Marketing. Ensure the implementation and execution of marketing and opportunity identification programs. Assist in creation of sales messaging deployment. - Assist with product sales and Business Consultancy education and coordination of training efforts for HR and Talent solutions - Create and deploy industry knowledge and expertise within their geographic area of responsibility. - Report market information regarding competitors' efforts in the channel, pricing awareness, sales inhibitors, and successes in the field. - Champion and interface between sales management and other functional ADP groups (field sales, training, SDR's, operations, marketing, etc.) - Drive involvement of channel partners in sales process with sales leadership through periodic reviews with focus on: activity Standards and referral activity (inbound/outbound lead flow), partner updates and campaigns - Work closely with Leads on strategy and execution - Communication: Provide regular progress update, KPIs, key actions and activities to the relevant Country and Global Solution Leads **You'll Love Working Here Because You Can**: - Take control of your own destiny with autonomy to create your own
