**Network Design Specialist / Hybrid - Manchester - Birmingham / 4 month contract / £430 Per Day Inside IR35**
One of the leading clients in the market are seeking a Network Design Specialist to join the team**
Role: Network Design Specialist
Location: Hybrid / Manchester - Birmingham
Duration: 4 month contract
Rate: £430 Per Day Inside IR35**

Experience and exposure required
- Managing the design team with a number of design authorities each responsible for individual tools 'sitetracker' is essential or similar tools-google FCAPS
- Have an Operation Support OSS architecture or tooling background to understand how infrastructure management works.
- Experience in getting the data from one point to another, understand data exchanges, understand salesforce experience would be key.
- Understand the interconnectivity between IT systems, how data should be managed with a focus on radio access network
- Ideally will have worked within Telco within the last 5 years so will understand the radio terminology around 4g/5g
- Will form part of a virtual team focused on RAN transformation with a view to building out radio access network
- Deep understanding of Mobile Radio Network architectures and the design and operational processes to develop and run the network.
- Understanding of relational database design and construct.
- Knowledge of business objects reporting and data extraction.
- Excellent VB & VBA development skills.
- Knowledge of industry best practice methodologies for evaluating, defining, and documenting the link between input business requirements and output technical solutions
- Strong skills in building the case for change, drawing on data and investigative techniques where appropriate, and communicating this to both technical and wider business audiences.
- Excellent data skills, with the ability to present findings and derive technical and business recommendations.
- Knowledgeable in business strategy and the drivers of organisational performance, including people drivers of performance and financial literacy (e.g., business KPIs, business cases)
