Host/hostess

A Host/Hostess for a modern dental clinic.

**Host/Hostess responsibilities**:

- Greeting incoming and departing guests of the clinic
- Checking guests in
- Seating guests to waiting area
- Offering refreshments
- Responding to queries and questions
- A sound knowledge of brand
- A sound knowledge of treatments offered and prices
- A sound knowledge of clinical team and support team
- Inform guests of current promotions and packages
- Providing great customer service
- Tend to guests needs and requests
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as to ensure communal areas are clean, stocked and orderly

**Host/Hostess requirements**:

- Must be able to articulate clear greetings and farewells to Guests, as well as being able to understand requests for assistance
- Must be able to clearly communicate Guests' needs to colleagues
- A desire to help where needed and work as part of a team
- Passion for providing extraordinary service
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- An appetite for learning
- Must be upbeat, outgoing and positive
- Must be able to assist Guests and possess great Guest relations skills

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
