**We are looking for a Cleaner to join the team on a site in Billingham.**

**Responsibilities**
- **Stock control**:

- **Follow schedules and clean designated areas**:

- **Liaising with the client**:

- **Follow all health and safety regulations and follow COSHH procedures**

**Skills**
- **Proven working experience as a commercial cleaner**:

- **Ability to handle cleaning equipment**:

- **Knowledge of COSHH**

**This is a permanent position. We offer a pay rate of £12.21 per hour plus an accumulation of 28 days holiday per annum including bank holidays.**

**The shifts**:
**Monday - Friday 2 hours per shift from 4.30pm - 6.30pm**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm

Pay: From £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week

- Billingham TS23 2NT: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- COSHH Cleaning: 1 year (required)
- Cleaning: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
