We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Credit Controller to join our team. Based at our head office in Sale, you will play an important role communicating and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, while ensuring collections are up to date.

We are looking for individuals with experience in a similar role, preferably within the private rental or hospitality sector. Working with your team, you'll be fundamental in ensuring all Credit Control tasks are completed promptly and efficiently. Customer service lies at the core of our operations, requiring a willingness to exceed expectations. We are looking for someone who cares about the people around them and is willing to go the extra mile.

**Responsibilities**: As a Credit Controller work closely with other team members to manage all credit control and associated tasks. Here’s a list of some of the responsibilities.
- Allocation of payments
- Debt chasing
- Resolution of queries whilst maintaining relationships
- Management and maintenance of payment plans
- General administration
- Issuing tenant notices
- Handling rent insurance claims
- Liasing with solicitors and occasionally attending court hearings

- Experience in the same or a similar role is preferred
- Good written and verbal professional communication & customer service skills.
- Focused with a strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated individual.
- Proven ability to multitask, with an eye for prioritisation.
- Logical and thorough approach to problem-solving.
- Good Excel skills.
