**The role**:
As Executive and Events Assistant, you will be responsible for a varied scope of duties within a highly dynamic and growing team.
- The EA element of the role is a job share. As part of this role, you will be responsible for:

- Producing documents, spreadsheets, reports and presentations.
- Undertaking research and presenting findings.
- Booking travel and accommodation for the CEO and other team members.
- Diary management, including booking company update and board meetings.
- Courier management and bookings.
- Minute taking in various meetings and tracking actions.
- Processing expenses.
- The Events Assistant element of the role will include:

- Supporting the Marketing team with the events calendar
- Assisting with delivery of B2B events, including, summits, conferences, awards and networking events worldwide
- Managing event logistics, including exhibition stand design, branding, meetings and networking, hotel bookings, international shipping and all associated logistics
- Fully briefing all remote and onsite teams to ensure smooth running pre, during and post event
- Supporting to produce high quality innovative and tailored marketing materials
- Source, liaise and manage venues, event contractors and suppliers
- Attending team meetings and providing updates on upcoming events
- In addition, the role may involve supporting the wider Commercial team depending on the changing needs of the team and capacity within the role.
- Ad hoc facilities management support.

**Requirements**:
**The kind of person you are**:

- An expert in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Have faultless communication, numeracy skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multi-task, work at pace and to tight deadlines
- A pro-active and flexible self-starter with effective prioritisation skills.
- A proven track record in event organisation and delivery
- Takes pride in delivering a first-class service in an EA role.
- Thrive on challenges, love grappling with complexity and can make the most difficult concepts easy to understand
- You have a calm presence of mind and a strong sensible streak.
- You know how to have a bit of fun now and again.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is desirable, but not essential.
