**Come and join our team**

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, self-motivated person to provide targeted personal support across the 3 Carmarthenshire Secondary Teaching and Learning Centres (Carmarthen, Burry Port and Pwll) and the community for children and young people aged predominantly 10 - 18 years and their families. The worker will engage with young people who will commonly be
affected by a broad range of issues associated with family poverty, and those at risk of becoming NEET (not in education, employment or training). The worker will adopt a range of strategies, approaches and the use of effective networks to provide bespoke, needs based support and intervention for young people in need or at risk, within their own communities.

- Level 3 - You will need a good level of conversational Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level
