**BACKGROUND**

Opportunity has arisen within the Wilmoths group for 2 Sales Apprentice’s to join the team at the Crayford branch.

The role would be perfect for someone looking to start out in a career in customer sales, service or marketing, but very important to know NO DIRECT SALES EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY to apply.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

You must have a desire to produce results, a commitment to excellence and be able to build outstanding relationships with our customers and other members of staff, you will be representing yourselves, the company and the brands we hold franchises for.

The main purpose of the role is to build a skill set to be able to sell the range of vehicles within the company, meeting agreed standards and ensuring each customer and client receives excellent customer service, job roles will include.
- Test driving, appraising part exchange vehicles, selling of finance and insurance products
- Sales negotiation to conclusion of passenger cars or vans.
- Managing / overseeing preparation and customer communication to hand over of sold vehicles
- Attracting new customers, including the use of social media, electronic diary systems and onsite point of sale

**BENEFITS**
Guaranteed income in years’ 1 and 2 of £20,000 per annum.
- 22 days holiday but with expectation of some weekend working

**Experience required**:

- Passes Maths GCSE / English GCSE
- Interesting CV with contactable references
- Full UK Driving Licence (clean)

**Experience preferred**:

- Retail / Service experience. Full or part time work or work experience
- Good communication Skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
