**About The Role**:

This role will provide data compliance & management, reporting on Social Value activity across the Land Registry contract. The insights gained from the reporting will be narrated by the SV Practitioner to ensure trends and themes are proactively identified, helping support the delivery of Social Value objectives across the contract.

**What you’ll do**
- Work closely with our Head of Social Values and Account Director to analyse and review all sources of social value data, presenting trends, issues, and risks, and highlighting opportunities for improvement of stakeholder satisfaction through dashboards and reports.
- Be responsible for monitoring and developing quality processes for the collection of data within the contracts and other sectors across OCS UK and for making recommendations about how data collection can be improved
- Present analysed data and insights that inform continuous improvement actions
- Understand the Themes, Outcome and Measures (TOMs) to collate evidence from the various sectors to report the activity into the Social Value Portal which will maximise the proxy score within the business
- Able to design and co-ordinate data collection surveys and ensure an appropriate data privacy statement is included by collaborating with the Data Protection Officer
- Collate good news stories from the contract and work with the Account Director and Head of Marketing to publish
- Act as a Social Value Ambassador always, raising awareness to the agenda, promoting best practice and guiding managers and colleagues where appropriate

- Must have proven experience working with a Social Value tool
- A naturally positive attitude and an inclusive approach to building partnerships, well organised and self-motivated
- Ability to work well with internal teams and external clients, providing high levels of customer service
