**Duties**:

- Provide an enriched learning environment for all children
- Plan weekly to ensure the childrens next steps are being achieved - putting interventions in place as and when required
- Ensuring daily dairies are kept upto date
- Following the EYFS and meeting the welfare requirements
- Supporting children to become independent learners
- Safeguarding the children at all times
- Adhering to company policies and procedures

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 years of experience working with young children in an early years setting
- Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education
- Familiarity with EYFS and standards for early years education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all children
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children

**Qualifications**
- Completion of a full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification, e.g. Level 3 Diploma for the Children & Young People’s Workforce, NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Care, Learning and Development
- Completion of Safeguarding Awareness course (desirable)
- Paediatric First Aid certificate (within date if qualified post 30th June 2016)

The position is an immediate start, working between 25 - 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday between 7.30am-6.00pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
