We are currently looking to expand our Cambridge CAMHS Neurodevelopmental team, with a particular focus on our diagnostic and treatment pathway for Autism.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Psychologist to join our Team. The teams work with young people with a diagnosed moderate to severe Learning Disability and provide assessment and treatment for Autism and ADHD. The team provides mental health assessments of young people with a neurodevelopmental disorder and also psychological therapies for co-morbid mental health disorders.

This post is for an Assistant Psychologist to be part of a multi-disciplinary Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service team (CAMHS), with a particular remit to contribute to the clinical work and service development within the Neurodevelopmental Team (Autism Spectrum Disorder pathway).
The CAMHS Neurodevelopmental team works with young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) or a learning disability.
The post-holder will be closely supervised by a qualified applied psychologist and the post will have varied responsibilities.

To be part of the CAMHS team with a specific remit to work alongside colleagues to support the assessment of ASD and interventions with young people who have been diagnosed with ASD.
Assist in the gathering of information and analysis of information from clinical records.
Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings.
Support CAMHS colleagues with internal and external training and group work.
Assist in clinically related administration, conducting audits, collecting data and statistics, development of audit and/or research projects.
