Modis are very lucky to be representing an excellent client, who are in a phase of growth following investment, building cutting edge products using forward thinking technology. They are looking to add a Senior Delivery Manager to join one of their technicalteams, enabling the smooth delivery of the likes of automation, machine learning, edgeML or SubSLAM. Our client has some ambitious plans, and you will be a key part in helping them push forwards, delivering some exciting tech solutions

This is a new role, so will allow you to take accountability for the delivery of products and services within a growing company, driving best practice in your own way.

Role: Senior Delivery Manager

Location: Bristol head office with flexible working arrangements, remote working if required

Salary Guide: Up to £65k per annum

Our client is looking to add a Senior Delivery Manager to their multidisciplinary agile team, where you could be working to enable some modern technology solutions, by taking accountability of delivery in the product lifecycle. At the moment there is likelyto be 2 reports, however this is a rapidly growing team, so there is a chance to grow and build out your delivery team.

You will be working with stakeholders, product owners and technical teams to refine products, roadmap the delivery and remove blockers in the way, to enable the delivery of excellent products and services. Our client delivers at pace, and they are constantlytracking emerging tech solutions, so be prepared for a very dynamic environment with plenty of change

To summarise, here are some of the key things we are looking for:

- Delivery Management experience of software solutions - enabling teams to develop products and services
- Strong user focus within a digital environment
- Line management experience - diplomacy, engagement, negotiating
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, and able to communicate with technical teams effectively
- Strong Agile background
- Delivery roadmapping
