**Daily Housekeeper-Laundress.**

**Essential Criteria - Team player, self-starter with high end laundry skills, previous private house housekeeping or yacht stewardess experience. Flexible to work longer hours and occasional wend when the principal is in residence. Willingness to train in service skills.**

**Fluent English essential, French language skills a plus but not essential.**

A high-profile Principle based in Belgravia is looking for a Live-out Housekeeper to join a newly established team for a fully staffed, very large newly refurbished, high tech, beautiful property in the heart of Belgravia. The Housekeeper will be working alongside another Housekeeper, a Butler/House Manager and a Part-time Facilities Engineer.

This is not the principal’s main residence and the client visits London once per month for 3-4 days. When in residence a travelling team including a chef escorts him, especially if entertaining.

The ideal Housekeeper will be discreet, hardworking, organised, a team player (essential), have good English language skills. French language skills would be a bonus.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Upkeep/cleaning the 2500 square meter property to a very high standard
- Make sure property is prepared & ready prior to the clients/guests visit
- Some serving duties when principals visiting
- Laundry (strong laundry skills and knowledge of fine fabrics required)
- 50/50 Housekeeping and Laundry duties
- Running local errands
- Assisting the butler/HM with service and guests.
- Turndown service when in residence.

**Salary**:£40,000 Gross per year. Full contract with excellent benefits provided. Food provided on duty when principal in residence.

**Working Hours** when not in residence -9-5pm Mon to Fri. When in residence longer hours with a later start and finish with a degree of flexibility required. Any additional hours will be given in lieu or paid as overtime. Taxi home provided if working late.

**Uniform Provided** - Chinos and Polo shirt style

**ASAP Start - excellent references and DBS required (HU3965)**

**Salary**: £39,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
