**What you'll do**
We're looking for an experienced Lead Engineer to strengthen our digital propositions solutions offered to customers in Wealth Chief Digital and Information Office.
You'll support and enhance the technical design of the on-premises platform and develop a strategy to identify and reduce technical environment roadblocks. Working closely with all the technical aspects on environment operations, you'll come up with creativeideas to integrate the platform with different services and mitigate issues.
You'll support to ensure system adherence to architecture principles of the Bank, to analyse issues and to deliver high quality solutions, using unit testing, integration testing and functional testing.
You'll also be:

- Enabling product owners to deliver their user stories by assisting in technical matters around integrations / platforms
- Responsible to design technical solutions
- Preventing technical environment risks and issues

**The skills you'll need**
We're looking for a technically skilled and innovative professional with a degree in computer science/engineering, business or finance. To be successful in this role you'll need to have proven technical background, with an extensive experience in software programming/ scripting in digital deliveries.
You'll also demonstrate:

- Know-how on the following technology stack: Windows environment, CoreNet, MS SQL, Web framework, Jenkins, Ansible, Splunk, MSSQL, Gitlab, Docker containers
- Know-how on DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Analytical, structured and efficient ways of working, the ability to coordinate between teams
- Very good command of English and excellent communication skills.
