Executes meticulous cleaning duties across all areas, meticulously upholding the 5-star standards of Lough Erne Resort.

Consistently delivers professional, friendly, and highly attentive service to guests, ensuring an exceptional experience.

Adheres unwaveringly to the elevated housekeeping departmental standards set by Lough Erne Resort.

Responds promptly and courteously to guests' special requests for various amenities such as cribs, cots, extra towels, and other personalised needs, reflecting the commitment to personalised service.

Maintains a vigilant eye on the inventory of essential cleaning supplies, ensuring that the quality and quantity meet the exacting standards of a 5-star establishment.

Immediately reports any maintenance issues or discrepancies to uphold the pristine condition of the resort.

Strictly follows all policies and procedures outlined by the housekeeping department, reflecting the commitment to excellence at Lough Erne Resort.

Adheres rigorously to safety and sanitation policies to guarantee the well-being and comfort of guests.

Collaborates seamlessly with other resort departments when necessary, demonstrating a commitment to providing a seamless and comprehensive guest experience in line with 5-star standards.
